The Victorians brought cats out of barn and into the parlour, making them part of the family. Before too long they bestowed human traits on their furry friends, dressing them in human clothes and posing them in human activities.

We reproduced original Victorian Christmas cards to create this collection. The delicate brushwork produces images with a striking realism. Beautifully soft colours give the cards a vintage look, while the cats themselves, posing in their endearing collars and neck-bows, will delight adults and children alike.

Each card is printed in landscape orientation and has scalloped corners for added appeal. All are blank inside, so you can write your own message.

The set comprises 36 cards: 6 each of 6 designs. Each card is individually cellophane-wrapped, complete with its own green coloured envelope measuring 114x162mm.
